Standard Tooling
Standard Tooling is basically round and shaped tooling manufactured as per exact standards to suit any tablet press Worldwide. Pacific manufactures tooling in both TSM & EURO standards.
- Pacific also manufactures EU1-441 D tooling, wherein the punch head diameter is 38mm for achieving better dwell time, suitable for Fette & Kilian Tablet compression machines.
- Pacific also manufactures non-standard tooling according to customer requirements for manufacturing veterinary bolus tablets and for confectionery & detergent industry.
- Pacific can also provides different tip options like short upper punch tip straight,bakelite relief,dust cups,bellows and universal punch groove seal upon request.
- Also different die options can be provided like tungsten carbide lined dies,taper dies with under cut for Multi-Tip, upon request.
Multi-Tip Tooling
Multitip Tooling are tools manufactured with more than one tip and number of tips range from two tips to in excess of 15 tips based on size of tooling. The major advantage is increase in productivity and reduction in runtime.
